The hotel is in a great spot, perfectly located between Rainey and 6th Street and close to downtown attractions. The rooms were smaller than expected and had a strong cigarette smell, but they were eventually prepared, fantastic, and as promised. The service was top-notch, with very knowledgeable, caring, and child-friendly staff. The location was ideal for hanging out and accessing downtown easily, although it was a bit over-airconditioned. The dining experience offered a limited selection for the price, yet the food was delicious. The facilities were well-kept, but the bar service was slow.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice although not ready at check-in time, priced at $270 per night. They were modern, comfortable, and spacious. The service from all staff members, including valet, receptionist, and housekeeping, was excellent. The location was great for both business and leisure, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was better than average, especially the breakfast options. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had some assistance in the recreation rooms and the sauna rooms, with just renovated rooms featuring ridiculous TVs and trippy carpet. The smaller size compared to our previous room was noticeable, and there was a slight chlorine smell present.
